A 90-minute workshop for groups of 10 to 20, designed for both aging individuals and those with aging parents
What does it mean to age gracefully? Why is talking about death taboo? What brings you joy and fulfillment?
Gillian’s Contemplating Aging Workshop offers participants a way to reflect on aging and find comfort in this challenging but important topic. The session explores how to process and move forward with the reality of aging.
As a group, we will cultivate self-awareness and courage while discussing aging and engaging with those we love. You will leave feeling nurtured, empowered, and ready to support your future self.
Aging Parents
An intimate 4-hour workshop for groups of 6-10 with aging parents
Gillian’s Aging Parents Workshop, helps you feel empowered and connected as you navigate life’s transitions.
Through guided discussions, one-on-one exercises, and self-exploration, this half day session for adults with aging parents explores our relationship to death, aging, and caregiving. It provides tools to help you prepare for your loved ones’ aging process and caregiving needs.
This workshop is ideal for families or peer groups of middle-aged adults who may be juggling careers, families, and caregiving responsibilities.
